It is clear that Lexus dealers use these guys to give their secondhand cars a blow over for resale but the "repairs" show up within a few weeks of regular use. WebAug 17, 2016 · If it's bubbling then there is already moisture behind the bubble which can't get out easily, I'd scrape the bubbled bit off then treat. That is the problem with powder coat, the finish is so durable it retains it's integrity while all hell is breaking out behind usually hidden until a great big slab of powder coat comes off.
