The carb has springloaded needle and seats and a vent baffle on it. The motor also has a Clifford mild cam and Clifford dual outlet header. The problem is the carb is very unreliable offroad. WebDec 9, 2024 · Clifford has what they call the 6=8 package. It’s a dual carb setup with a two piece header. They actually have a blueprint for the lower end as well that seems fairly straight forward. But if I’m going to be spending the money I don’t want to leave power at the table if I dont have to. I believe it takes some grinding around the dowel pins to fit. if you search 4.0 head swap threads you can probably find some info.
