Some have different bells and whistles, some companies have better customer service, for example smith and Wesson is horrendous where Ruger is fantastic. The Smith is the Caddy, the Ruger is a Chevy. Both guns will shoot no doubt about it but the Ruger is rather clunky, poor trigger compared to the Smith.
